Oven roasted breast of chicken set on a roasted pumpkin risotto and red pepper garlic honey sauce.


Lamb Rump

Cooked to your preference, with bulgur pilaf and orange honey port jus.


Marlborough Salmon Fillet

Baked fillet, risotto of assorted vegetables with burnt orange sauce.


Scotch Fillet Steak
