Welcome to Citizens Advice Bureau Whakatāne. Our aim is to ensure that all members of the public receive free, confidential and impartial information, guidance and support, from trained volunteers who provide a service to the whole Eastern Bay of Plenty. We are on duty from 9am to 4pm every week day except Public Holidays.
We also have free Legal services available - by appointment only, arranged through the bureau by visiting or phoning us.
