This organisation started when Stone Masons were building castles all over Europe. The skill required ; created a system now known as Apprenticeships . Because of the gathering of like minds it developed into a social gathering as well. While a Charitable Organisation it also developed a ritual to maintain interest. Of all organisations this one does not need to do public activities. Thus at each gathering members act a part as in a play for their enjoyment and change parts on a yearly basis.
