Rangitaiki Home Kills offer services on your farm or within our purpose built butchery. You name it, we make it! Bacon, Ham, Salami, Biersticks and Kielbasa (from all types of meat), Sausages (name the flavour: garlic, old english crumbed, gluten or allergy free etc). Rangitaiki Home Kills can cater for all your homekill needs and specialise in small goods and wild game, giving you more meat back for your buck! Our purpose built vehicle takes your animal and skin away to our Edgecumbe base. Once there the animal is prepared, hung, aged and processed. If you choose to you can bring your animals to us. Within the butchery we maintain the highest hygiene levels and pride ourselves on both service and results.
Our retail shop has a large range of groceries and meat available including over 70 flavours of sausages, a full range of chicken sausages, salami, bacon, gluten free sausages & patties - all made on-site. We also have dog treats and boil up bones.

Opening hours
Our butchery shop hours are Tuesday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm.
Do you come to my farm?
Yes we do - Our kill truck is on the road 5 days per week covering the BOP area. We travel from Opotiki to Tauranga and most places in between.
Do you do pigs on the farm
Pigs can be killed on site locally and then taken back to our premises or arrangements can be made for them to be picked up live where we can kill and dress them at our premises.
Do you have EFTPOS?
Yes we do.
Can you process goats, pigs or deer I have killed when hunting?
Absolutely - just give us a call to let us know what you have before bringing it in.
