Services
We will come to your business premises and assess the current state of the system or systems you want evaluated.
We will then provide a gap analysis which will identify what is required to meet either your business requirements or the requirements of the respective standard or code.
The amount of record keeping and documentation in any system should be directly proportional to the size of your company, the complexity of the work undertaken and the amount of risk involved.
Small companies that undertake straightforward work that carry little risk requires less record keeping than larger and more complex ones.
We pride ourselves in not over engineering the solutions we provide. We keep things simple and effective.

Asbestos Management Plans
Don has the International proficiency certificate in IP 402 Surveying and sampling strategies for asbestos in Buildings and uses an internationally recognised algorithm to identify Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and record their potential to release fibres. The algorithm provides numeric values for a number of variables such as product type, condition and surface treatment.
As a general rule, if a building was built between the late 1940s and the late 1970’s it is highly likely that it will have asbestos containing material.
Buildings constructed between the 1980s and late 1990s are likely to contain asbestos containing material and those constructed beyond the year 2000 are unlikely to contain asbestos containing material.
