The Reception Lounge caters for up to 300 people and includes full kitchen facilities and two bar areas. The Whakatane Little Theatre has tiered seating for 271 people, a large stage with some sound and lighting equipment and a rehearsal room. The Sports Stadium can hold up to 1000 people. Awakeri Events Center
The lounge function room seats a maximum of 120 pax with a large decked area out to one side which is beautiful and sunny during the summer months. The gymnasium function room is for your larger events seating a maximum of 300 pax. Fully Furnished Lounge area, Large deck area with outlook onto Awakeri Park. Air conditioning and Heating. Edgecumbe War Memorial Hall
An excellent venue for community groups and private bookings. The hall features an indoor basketball court, a reception lounge with a bar and a conference room with a built in projector.
